Potatoes Two Ways

Potatoes are everyone’s favorite even though they’re full of calories. Many of us have too many conflicting opinions about them don’t we? Well for the goodness and when consumed in appropriate quantities potatoes are a god send. They’re a good source of Vitamin B6, potassium, copper, vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary fiber and pantothenic acid; they even lower our blood pressure and they also express activities against free radicals in the body. Potatoes baked with mild amazing flavoring is extremely nutritious. Always remember two things 1. Never count calories when you’re eating a plant-based diet. 2. Never consume anything too much, because too much of any fruit or vegetable can be unhealthy, they’re all nutritious and full of health when consumed in appropriate quantities. I like baking my potatoes rather than frying them to perfection. Baking is always healthy and nutritious than frying any day.
